She has rich transactional experience and has advised several clients on deals involving acquisition, foreign investment, joint venture and strategic alliance and has independently handled various due diligence assignments. Besides, she has been advising various clients on employment matters and sector specific laws.
She has also worked as Legal Assistant to the Registrar of Companies at the Ras Al-Khaimah Investment Authority, a free zone in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE and assisted clients in registering their business entity in that free zone.
